Thank goodness for short weeks! Now that the holiday season is over, I’m anxiously looking ahead to spring; thinking of the breeze coming in through open windows and the flowers beginning to bloom. I cannot wait! Anyone else? I hope you have a great weekend!

Gist: I’m taking note and bookmarking this list of a whole year of dinners for later inspiration. These salmon and brussel sprouts (with a Momofuku inspired ginger-scallion sauce!!) and chopped salad (homemade ranch dressing, yes please) are first on my list.
